The location was perfect! A 10 minute walk into the town/town get to the port which was amazing because it was so close but it meant it was a quieter area, but with a beach out the front and restaurants, bars and supermarkets a couple of mins walk away! The host/owner was so so kind and generous and the room was cleaned everyday. She went above and beyond for us and was so friendly.

Location was great. Near the beach and O! Hamos restaurant which is great , and easy walk into town. Good seafront restaurants on the way and a couple of bars. Our room (202) was big with separate kitchen area and big entrance area. Balcony looking onto the sea. It looked easy to park out the front. Zula is a great hostess, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, fruit, spinach pie, cake etc etc. I prefer this location to nearer the port because there are less people and the beach is nearby. It’s on the road out of Adamamantas to the south so obviously there is traffic, but it’s not bad and didn’t bother us. We wanted to stay a bit longer but it was fully booked.

Spacious traditionally decorated rooms. Ours had a little terrace so we could enjoy a breakfast/drink/snack outside. There is a little supermarket 5 min walk away (towards town)so that was convenient to get supplies to have breakfast. Also has a space right out front that you can park if you have a hire car/bike. Voula who owns the property was an amazing host. She is always available to give you recommendations & happy to book something for you. She’s a sweet happy lady who will give you personal service with a smile.

Room was charming and very clean. Right across the road from the water. Super easy to arrive by walking from where the ferry drops you at the port. Close to walk to O Hamos! And close to walk to the port for breakfast/dinner. Hosts very lovely and helpful, I would stay again gladly.

Wow wow 10 stars! The rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable beds. Excellent location a short walk away from the port, with a beach right across the road, great for snorkeling. The hostess was absolutely amazing! Our check in was easy, and we were provided with beach towels and water in our room. We even got a few sweet treats in the morning! I would recommend Villa Zampeta to anyone looking for a special experience in Milos.

Wow wow wow, what a fantastic stay. Rooms were very clean, well maintained and very comfortable for our stay. Walking distance to lots of seaside restaurants and town. The deck was perfect for our morning coffee and watching the sunset. The hosts were so lovely, warm and welcoming - really made the stay extra special. Would definitely stay again!

On arrival at Villa Zampetta we were met with a welcome drink and made to feel comfortable straight away. We had a very spacious room overlooking the bay of Adamas with the most marvellous sunsets. A very nice, quiet and relaxing stay. A short stroll to reach the cafes and restaurants in the main part of town. All in all highly recommended.

Great communication between George and launa. Hope I have her name correct! Spilled something on one of my beach towels and launa insists on cleaning for us for free. That was pretty cool

The hostess of the facility is a wonderful person! Kind, always at your service, always ready to recommend something, help... The breakfast is extremely rich and varied, specialties are prepared every morning and everything was very tasty! The building is in an ideal location, close to the center of Adamas and the port, close to the beach and the congress center.

Everything was perfect!. The apartment is very well located, just walking distance to the main town. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. The host were very helpful and really kind. Special thanks to Bula who help me in organize the schedule and her suggestion were just perfect!
